1. About GuruExposed

GuruExposed is a consumer intelligence service that researches and analyzes online programs, courses, and coaching offerings in the make-money-online (MMO) space. We collect publicly available information from multiple sources and apply automated analysis to produce intelligence reports for consumers making purchasing decisions.

GuruExposed does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice. Our reports are research outputs intended to inform consumer decisions. They are not legal determinations of fraud, illegality, or misconduct.

2. Service Description

The service operates on a freemium model:

  • Shallow report (free): Available to all visitors at no cost. Shows that intelligence was collected and signals were detected, without revealing the full verdict or evidence chain.
  • Full report (paid): Unlocked by a one-time payment. Includes the complete evidence chain, source citations, risk score, and verdict. Pricing varies by risk tier ($4.99 to $29.99).
  • Monthly subscription ($39.99/month): Provides unlimited access to all full reports while the subscription is active.
  • Fresh scan ($14.99): For programs not yet in our database. Triggers a full pipeline analysis and delivers results to the requesting consumer.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

Our analysis is based on publicly available information collected at a point in time. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but we do not guarantee that our reports are complete, current, or error-free.

A report indicating low risk does not guarantee that a program is legitimate. A report indicating high risk does not constitute proof of fraud. Consumers must use their own judgment and conduct their own due diligence before making any financial decisions.

GuruExposed is not responsible for consumer decisions made based on our reports, or for financial losses resulting from those decisions.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. GuruExposed does not store your payment card information.

One-time report unlock payments are non-refundable once the full report has been accessed. If you paid and are unable to access the report due to a technical error on our side, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GuruExposed to:

  • Harass, defame, or target specific individuals in bad faith
  • Circumvent the paywall through automated scraping of full report data
  • Resell or republish our intelligence reports without written permission
  • Interfere with the service's availability or security
  • Use our reports as the sole basis for legal action without independent verification

6. Supply-Side Payment Prohibition

Course creators, program operators, and their affiliates cannot pay to influence, modify, remove, or suppress any intelligence report generated by our system. Subscription payments by program operators grant read access only. Our scoring pipeline operates identically regardless of whether a subject has a subscription. This policy is non-negotiable and exists to protect the integrity of our consumer protection mission.

7. Intellectual Property

The intelligence reports, scoring methodology, and analysis produced by GuruExposed are our proprietary work product. The underlying publicly available source data (court records, consumer reviews, business filings) remains subject to the terms of those original sources. You may share a link to a shallow report. You may not reproduce or republish the content of a full report without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GURUEXPOSED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
